Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, I will accept returns and cancellations. Please use the contact me form or email: firbeckfibreart@gmail.com

Just contact me within 7 days of delivery

Post items back to me within 14 days of delivery.

Request a cancellation: before the item has been dispatched

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

• Custom or personalised orders

• Digital downloads

• Items on sale


Exchanges

As many of the items are one off or original designs it is highly unlikely that it could be exchanged on a like for like basis, therefore we would follow the returns procedure.

Returns

In order for the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the item(s) were purchased in the last 14 days and that they have not been used or damaged.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the return post so an insured, trackable mail service is recommended.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Once we have received your returned item, we will email you to notify you that it has been received. We will then assess the returned item and contact you via email of the outcome of this assessment. Refunds will be made via the original payment method only.
